Pyme Customer - Change password

Note! Change/Reset password can be done only from the customer side, the owner of the email address used to register a Pyme Customer account.

Access Pyme Customer portal link address and click on “Forgot password” link


Fill in the email address used to register the Pyme Customer account and click “Continue”.



A confirmation message will appear.


A message with the link where you can reset the password is sent by email, to the email address registered, click on link or button.


Fill in the new password.


Passwords need to meet the complexity requirements.



A confirmation message will be displayed.
