Technical details:

Domain

The CLIENT can request a “.com” domain to use with our website builder/online store. The domain will be available for the duration of the CLIENT’s subscription, KONIBIT will handle renewals annually during this period.

The CLIENT will send 5 domain options in preferential order through a web form during the activation process. KONIBIT will purchase the preferred available domain. 

The CLIENT can transfer previously purchased domains to KONIBIT for management and integration with the other services (website builder and email). From the moment the transfer is completed, KONIBIT will be in charge of annual renewals during the subscription period.

KONIBIT shall register the DOMAIN NAME selected during the activation process before the registrar entity, where the CLIENT must guarantee to be the owner of the DOMAIN NAME or to have the corresponding authorization from the owner to use the name or any copyrighted brand submitted for registration by KONIBIT. 

The CLIENT acknowledges that KONIBIT cannot guarantee that the requested DOMAIN NAME will be available or approved by the domain registration authority, having KONIBIT the faculty to require the CLIENT to select another DOMAIN NAME if there is basis to consider said name to be offensive, abusive, defamatory or obscene or in violation of a third party’s right to a registered trademark, copyright, brand or name.

WEBSITE AND STORE CREATION

Web design service that complements the website and online store builder, where the subscriber that who cannot or does not want to build their own website, can request that a professional designer build it for them.

This service also includes the creation of the website and/or online store by KONIBIT design team when requested by the CLIENT. This service is subject to the reception of all relevant information from the CLIENT. This service includes up to 3 content pages, contact form to receive communication from site visitors, links to social media accounts, Google map, personalization of text and images according to information provided by the CLIENT, Google Analytics, Whatsapp button. All sites will be responsive and so can be correctly viewed on any screen size, and are optimized to be found on the main search engines. 

*An optimized website is one that fulfills all technical requirements to be indexed by search engine algorithms. However, the positioning of the website within searches depends on the content which must be generated by the CLIENT.

All information shall be provided by the CLIENT through the cloud service brokerage platform through a special form.

This service includes support by chat, phone and email so that both customer and designer can resolve any questions.
